Why Therapy?

Maybe you feel anxious, depressed, or hopeless about your current situation. Maybe you're having relationship concerns, having difficulty adjusting to life changes, burdened by feelings of grief or loss, or are struggling with a past trauma. Maybe you feel overwhelmed and exhausted and you need to make a change.

I have experience working with people struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, loss, and relationship issues. My goal is to help you learn to manage all that life throws at you and to help you move forward and begin thriving again. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents of all ages, backgrounds, cultures and identities.
